Bernadette Mendoza

Bernadette joined EMA Legal as a Solicitor in August 2022, following her admission to practice as a solicitor and barrister in the Supreme Court of South Australia.

Bernadette holds a Bachelor of Management, specialising in HR Management, completed her Juris Doctor – Masters Degree (extended) Law Degree from Flinders University and completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the University of Adelaide.

Bernadette brings with her many years of valuable knowledge and experience gained within previous employment positions. Most recently, Bernadette was employed at South Australia Police where she was Manager HR, providing strategic and operational HR management and leadership to senior HR business partners and staff responsible for managing complex relations and workforce matters. Prior to this, Bernadette also worked at other South Australian Government Agencies in the areas of HR and industrial matters.
