Kaye’s work is exclusively for employers, extending to complex employment disputes, work health and safety, anti-discrimination law and industrial disputes. Kaye also acts extensively for local government, advises chief executive offices and boards of all sizes. Kaye is known for her practical, no-nonsense approach and is respected nationally by clients and peers.

Kaye is a graduate of Flinders University, and has practised in employment relations since 1997. She has been individually recognised since 2011, as a preeminent and market leader employment lawyer South Australia, and as a leading employment Lawyer Australia, in the Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession. Kaye has also been recognised as a preeminent workplace health and safety lawyer since 2016. Kaye is a graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors.
