Kaye Smith - Partner

Kaye holds a Bachelor of Laws from Flinders University and a Certificate in Legal Practice from the University of South Australia. She regularly presents and conducts practical training sessions targeted at legal compliance and risk management in employment law. She has established solid support networks for human resource/industrial relations practitioners in industry groups across South Australia. Kaye has also acted both as lead and junior counsel in Courts and Tribunals on behalf of employers. Her focus is on timely, practical and strategic advice.

Kaye was individually recognised in the 2009, Doyle's Guide to the Australian Legal Profession as a leading Employment and Workplace Relations lawyer.

She is a member of the Australian Labour Law Association and the Industrial Law Committee of the Law Society of South Australia.
